hemsy.fr, hemsy.ovh, hemsy.photography and all of it's subdomains ('Service' hereafter) are operated from France. The terms may change at any time without prior notice.
HEMON Sylvain ('Operator' hereafter) is the owner and operator of these services.
Prohibited behaviour
You agree to not use any part of the Service to engage or facilitate any of the following activities:

L'Opérateur décline expressément toute garantie implicite de titre, de qualité marchande, d'adéquation à un usage particulier et de non-contrefaçon. L'Exploitant ne garantit pas la fiabilité, l'accessibilité ou la qualité du Service. Vous convenez que votre utilisation du Service est à vos risques et périls.
